Called out twice in less than 2 months. Unclogged, the mainline each time and told us “you should be all good for years now” boy were they lying! So happy we went with a local business this time, because they actually educated us! We were just now SHOWN that we have severely rusted pipes! Something that Roto-Rooter should have divulged the first time they came out with the camera… or the second time! I feel this was a gross way to attempt to milk money out of a disabled woman. Kyal was the first technician who came to our home. He cleaned everything out and showed me the camera footage. He was very nice and informative. Don was the second technician. He came the day of our repair. He was very nice and friendly. Explained everything in a way I could understand.
