I would like to commend the plumber Sayed, who kept his word on this job. I was housesitting and the toilet flush would not complete. After clearing it with an augur, Sayed explained that the toilet needed to be replaced. Since that was not possible in my situation, he let me know that there was a one-week warranty on the job. He returned when the toilet flush did not go through.
James was on time, diagnosed our plumbing problem correctly and fixed it.
Sayed was very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Excellent work.

Roni was incredibly helpful and was able to setup and remove the water heater within hours on a Sunday night after we returned home to a flooded basement. He was a huge lifesaver!
