He even crawled down into the crawl space to check the water line under the house. He explained to me what he could do after he diagnosed the problem. After trying for two days to take care of my root problem myself, I caved and called Roto Rooter around 8pm on a Thursday evening. I was given a 10 pm service call time, which surprised me, as I expected a service time for the following day. Within a few minutes of my initial call, I received a call from the service technician with an ETA, sooner than the quoted 10pm.
