After trying for two days to take care of my root problem myself, I caved and called Roto Rooter around 8pm on a Thursday evening. I was given a 10 pm service call time, which surprised me, as I expected a service time for the following day. Within a few minutes of my initial call, I received a call from the service technician with an ETA, sooner than the quoted 10pm.
