This is the second time we’ve had to call Roto-Rooter out in an emergency type of situation. They are amazing and responded immediately, we could not be happier with the service and the friendliness of staff.
We reached out to Roto-Rooter to assess what the issue was with our hot water heater. They arrived with 2 techs and were at my home for about 1 hour to scope out the issue. They attempted to “Fix” the issue and when that didn't work they proceeded to quote me over $1700 to replace and rerun all of the pipes and stated it would take several hours to complete.
