Jesus was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get it fixed in no time!! This is my first time using your services and if all the employees are like Jesus I will definitely being be your company for all future needs I am very pleased with the service Jesus provided!!!
Just bought a new built home. Moved in right before Easter weekend. Ran washing machine on Saturday and debris backed up into the shower and tub. Called the home builder, they couldn’t get ahold of their plumber so told us to call Roto Rooter. Jesus came on Easter Sunday and did a FANTASTIC job! He documented everything, took pictures and pulled out a crap ton of paint, hose, a coupling, dirt, cement!! He explained everything he was doing. We will be using Roto Rooter for all of our plumbing issues!
