He was methodical in troubleshooting, persistent in dealing with the manufacturer to get the parts that were under warranty shipped to us, and really made me feel like he was our advocate, making it his priority to get our hot water restored as soon as possible.
I've called on Rotor Rooter many times over the years, and have found them very reliable, and can be depened upon to find a way to get the job done at a reasonable price. There were times when I called others and still wound up calling Rotor Rooter.
