The worst experience ever. Spent over 5 thousand on leather furniture . Was damaged when it arrived. I then took a another day off from work . The sent a replacement that was more damaged than the first. Hard to work with customer service . Delivery people did not understand English . Did not take care when moving the furniture . Dragged it in the driveway . Than signed my name on the paperwork with out my knowledge. I saved for a long time . No one cares about the customer anymore. Horrible experience. My husband and I went into Rotmas looking for a recliner chair. This was our first time ever looking for this type of chair so we certainly were not going to purchase one the first time we went looking for them. I still had other stores I was going to look at after going to Rotmans. I was by myself and was waiting for my husband to meet me there.
