We moved into a neighborhood and the house we bought was currently being serviced by Rothwell for the sprinkler system. We have for two years now requested that we would no longer need their services and have had to call to have them stop charging us for services. They have shown up without notifying us and we receive bill in the mail. I called to mention this and was told, "Sorry, I'm not perfect". Disappointed in the ethics of this company and will not be using them in the future.
We've used Rothwell for our irrigation and we couldn't be happier! I had a leak in the line due to concrete pathways added. I called Rothwell and THE NEXT DAY Mary was out to our house and lickety split she located the leak (nowhere near where I thought it was...she could hear it!!!). She dug, repaired, double checked, cleaned up and done! We can't even tell where she'd done the work! We couldn't be happier! Highly recommend Rothwell irrigation. I'm the one you woke up at 3:30 in the morning in junction City Kansas I think that's pretty rude of you guys to have your employees out there at 3:30 in the morning waking people up that's b******* watch for nails
