While it is a lovely place to visit, to live there is a whole other matter. It is pricey, and is lead by a home owners association which is exceedingly strict for a senior development. According to a person I know they were told "what you do on the inside is your business and the outside is ours. " only to find out that, that statement is not entirely true; the hoa dictates the brand of appliances you are permitted to purchase if say your oven or washer goes up.
