This man... Joe Roth will lie to you, scam you, and treat you like you work for him. He avoids talking to you and doesn't do the work he claims he's doing. He's unorganized and not a businessman whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. I unfortunately wasted thousands of dollars and over a year of time trying to fix a problem that he couldn't seem to figure out. While renting some Uhaul equipment, I was asked to provide a credit card for a deposit, saying that I actually pay when I bring the equipment back. 2 hours later, when I was returning the equipment, the owner informs me that they will not accept cash. I explained that I had never intended to pay with that card, and expressed as much at time of rental.
