I was happy with this insurance until I’ve had to cancel my policy due to selling my home. I called and spoke to a very nasty agent that’s assigned to my account Odalys M. She shouldn’t be allowed to work with clients. If anyone gets this person please request another agent.
Provided all my personal information to Eddy Martell. He told me to give him an hr and he'd send quotes via email. Haven't been able to get him or any other employee on phone or email for 24hrs now.
Absurdly unprofessional company. I’ve personally tried emailing and calling them dozens of times over the course of several months to amend my policy and have heard absolutely nothing. Even changing agents to a different firm is proving difficult. I cannot recommend them less.
I would like to recognize Chelsea Godsey for going above and beyond to help us get insurance prior to closing. The building experience has been a nightmare but we contacted Chelsea at the last minute and she did not stop until we were satisfied and fully covered. Thank you again Chelsea for your outstanding customer support. We will stay with her as long as she will have us for all our needs and will pass your name to others seeking help.
