Very nice down to earth people with great customer service! It was pouring rain when I bought my car and they even stayed open later so I wouldn't get soaked transferring all my stuff from my old car to my new car! Thank you to Drexel and Max with Rothrauff Auto Sales (Velotric Electric bike) these 2 guys took the time to answer all the questions that my son had. Never once tried to rush him. Both of them are very nice and knowledgeable about the bikes. If you are looking to purchase an E-bike highly recommend going to see Drexel and Max. Not to mention they closed at 3pm and we never left there until about 7:45pm. They are truly a pleasure to work with.
