They are masters at what they do and they do it right constantly. . A unforgettable dining experience. A place not to miss if you are a steak lover. No place like in on either the North shore or the South shore of Long Island. The porterhouse for 2 can't be topped! I am hooked on this wonderful place. The service is remarkable as is the food. Excellent steak, sides and service. Very accommodating staff and a nice atmosphere. What more can I say? Go and enjoy.
Great Place for Steaks & Cocktails – Enjoyed a cocktail & Live music first in the lounge. They have these Tea Infused Cocktails- not too sweet. Great Live Music-It was a Thursday Night- Very Cool Crowd. Had dinner in the Beautiful library Room- server was very attentive not intrusive- Loved the Chef special of Prime Rib Soup. I expected stellar food, not to be insulted – Rothmann's is a place we've wanted to go to for some time, so when we received a gift certificate it was just an added bonus. We figured we'd go out for a nice dinner and hoped it would be a place we'd return to for special occasions. best steak on long island – i go to all the other prime steakhouses on long island and i keep finding myself and my family and friends going back to rothmann's. it's simply the BEST. they have 3 other places on the island and i've been to them all, but rothmann's is the best of the bunch. they have professional servers who know everything about their menu and a great sommelier who is so helpful with his selections. their rooms are very cozy and great for private parties (we've thrown one recently) and we've even tried their ... read more
