The Rothman in Lake Mary made an appt for us in Lake Nona, a rather far drive. We drive all the way there only to be refused. They state the appt requires a referral. I didn't make the appt. Rothman did. I contacted my PCP to get a referral, Rothman refused to provide the information to get the referral. I'm in a catch 22. Tried contacting AdventHealth. They're response? They said call Rothman.
I came into this office on Wed 9/03, one day after hip fracture surgery. My only ask was that they scan my surgery paperwork into the database, so that the surgeon could review my file. The front desk man, was so unprofessionally rude, telling me that it was bad I received surgery out of state, continuously asking if I had an appointment at the office, and refused to help scan my paperwork into the database. Good service and doctors
This place is the worst in Lake Nona, a month and a half ago I called to schedule an appointment for my little 6-year-old daughter, today I received a voice message saying that my appointment was canceled, when I called to ask why my appointment was canceled the person told me that she didn't know, then I called another number and this person told me that the doctor did not attend to patients under 10 years old, so I don't understand why the person who scheduled my appointment omitted that little detail and made me waste all... read more
