I was lucky to find Dr. Rocco Bassora. The highest caliber talent, knowledgeable, experienced, and empathetic. A knee injury is terrifying, but Dr. Bassora made it all manageable by having a solid treatment plan in place. I know I will be back to being active like I was prior to the injury in no time. The practice is well run, the staff is professional and kind, and the entire experience was 5-star. Thank you!
Do not make the mistake of going here with a worker’s compensation case. Although the doctors and office in general are great, getting anything done while involved with workers compensation is an absolute nightmare. When you speak with the call center for scheduling or questions, once they learn it is a WC case they will immediately transfer you to the workers compensation department which will inevitably leave you on hold for 45min-1hour and still get hung up on or disconnected. I had both knees done in 2019,over a year and half of therapy,Now My left knee is a total disaster,can hardly walk,their was no concern for my knee and was given ridiculous brace for my knee and a back referral for my stenosis.
