Excellent staff and facility! Came here after a terrible experience at Open Door of Sleepy Hollow (avoid). I saw Dr. Desel, who was kind, patient, and very easy to talk to. To my amazement, the X-rays I needed a referral for were performed right there in the office the same day! So convenient! The office is clean and very well kept. So happy I discovered this gem!
Over and above service from the front desk to medical staff/ assistants and doctors.
I was referred here by an urgent care and called them ahead of time to make sure they could help me. They said they could. But Once I arrived, I was told that the specialist who could help wasn’t there, and that I’d need a catscan, which couldn’t be done that day. It ended up being a waste of time and of a copay.
Anny, was amazing. This was the second orthopedic doctor I went to. She took the time to explain everything and gave good advice regarding after care. She took the time to answer all my questions and seemed really knowledgeable on my particular issue. I'm very happy with this experience. Would definitely recommend
