Been a patient there for over 10 years 6 surgeries many office visits and never had to pay a copay because I have a second insurance federal blue and they cover ALl copayments. Last time I went they wanted me to pay a copay I explained that my second insurance pays my copays . They called billing and said I had to pay a copay, file a claim to get reimbursed. I came across a very ignorant young worker that they had working their named Lauren. She was a young girl probably in her mid-twenties.

Accompanied my friend who was having surgery. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and friendly staff there. I would consider having my knee revision here if my surgeon uses this hospital.

Bigger is not always better. I had an appointment with the Limerick location. They knew NOTHING about what happened to my knee and didn't seem to care to. I didn't even see a doctor. I saw a PA who was clueless. My situation was way too complicated for a PA. Her response? "If it was my mother i wouldn't bother getting it fixed". Yeah? Well what if it was YOUR knee? Not impressed. We're in trouble in this country. The medical industry is just that. Am assembly line. Don't waste your time.
