I really needed to leave a review because this hospital was awesome. I want to thank Dr David Nazarian for my right knee replacement and his staff tip top 100% professional I can’t say enough. I was very impressed with this facility and the staff kind and caring when my other needs ready. I’ll be there again my wife’s also getting ready to get her knee done we’re going there. Thank you guys
Dr. Krueger and his team were absolutely AMAZING! I am currently 10 weeks post op and I feel like a new person. My pain that I have experienced for 3 years (as a young woman in her 30s) now is completely gone. I am extremely thankful for everyone on this team. Everyone was so kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I would give them 1000 stars if I could! From start to finish, they were the best out there! I would recommend over and over again! Thank you for helping me to improve my life and get back to who I really am!!! ❤️❤️
I just recently had back surgery at the Rothman Specialty hospital in Besalem, PA. The staff was Awesome!!! Even though you only stay one night, they kept me an extra night to make sure a health concern that arose was resolved. Dr. Hilibrand and his staff are awesome. I would of rated a 5 star if it weren't for the beds. No person coming out of surgery should have to lay, sleep, and suffer on the thinnest and rock hard matress/bed and sit on the lounge chairs. I been calling for over 3 weeks (not including the time and week around the holidays), regarding my bill. I left my call back number 3 times with representatives and at least 5 other times with their automative system. I came in for a doctor appointment with hip pain, providing my own mri. Their team already told me two times prior that was “great I was bringing my own already and I was well prepared”. I truly appreciate how convenient the layout is for those with mobility issues. no long halls to walk down to registration, waiting area, pre-op, etc... front desk security, registration staff, pre-op nurses, anesthesiologists, inpt room nurses, PT staff, food service staff, housekeeping staff, and my surgeon, Dr James Purtill were all absolutely amazing.
