I called to ask if they accepted appointments for my 15-month-old daughter, and the person who answered was incredibly rude. Instead of politely explaining that they don’t see children that young and recommending a pediatric dentist, she responded, “What am I supposed to do with a 15 month old baby?” Very unprofessional and disappointing. A little courtesy and basic customer service go a long way. I would not recommend this office based on this experience.
Dr. Rothfield is by far, the most capable, gentle, knowledgeable, and caring Dentist I have ever been to. The atmosphere of the office is extremely inviting, and relaxed, even down to the soothing music. Dr. Liz, along with her lovely staff, have created a family surrounding, completely professional, while her expertise is above and beyond. Thank you for your painless care, and impeccable environment...always feel safe in your hands!!
