I recently had an eye brow appointment with Jordan and had an excellent experience. This was my first time meeting her. She exceeded my expectations and even finished the service by applying moisturizer to my entire face because I had mentioned how dry it was feeling. Just to end the appointment with having my face gently massaged was so amazing. I will definitely be back. I loved her energy and she was so kind!

Cancelling appointments that were booked well in advance and with a I don’t care attitude.The next day my daughter gets a call cancelling her appointment as well. I will never give my business to this place again.
My experience was okay. It was relaxing and calming. However, my one eye had the lashes lifted and has lasted, my other, however, was not very lifted and hasn’t lasted. The lady told me my lashes were “stubborn” but I’ve never had this issue at other places.
Have been a loyal customer for 10 years. Julia, an owner, sabotaged a follow up appointment I had with the lovely Morgan to tell me Morgan's services were not what I wanted and tried to upsell me on another service. It was tacky and uncalled for as I was quite happy with my treatment. I also never had the follow-up.
