Just called in, as I was given an appointment through NB Health Link. I had to drive 3 hours to get there from Grand Falls and I was running late. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. Wouldn’t even take my phone call. Kept telling me that they had their own patients, and wouldn’t even speak to me. Absolutely horrible.
Dr. VanSteeg and her team are so wonderful and caring. The office is beautiful and my family feels very comfortable here.
Dr. Christie Van Steeg and staff are fantastic, accommodating, and at times in high demand. Once into a routine, it became effortless to stay up to date on my health needs. Phone call or virtual check ins save time off work, and travel expenses, combining youth, and expertise, it's easy to discuss all the most current options.
The staff here are very kind and caring they really do give 110% to the clinic's patient's.
