Been going here for a number of years now but you can see that it is deteriorating, unfortunately.
29 times I’ve tried ringing since 9th July. It is now the 14th for a physio assessment. I’ve only got 14 days for them to book me an appointment. How can I book an appointment when no one answers?? Is there anyone that actually works here? Or can they not be bothered to answer the phone. It is beyond a joke.
