Horrible customer service. Wanted to see if I qualified for better car insurance and was dismissed as if they weren’t interested in helping me. Ron needs to work on his people skills. Taking my business elsewhere.
Thank you Ron, Your ability to not only cover me for insurance, you did it with clarity, explaining what my real situation was and where I could improve and be safe over the life of the policy. I appreciated immensely your being there, Ron, and to take care of business in a competent, friendly way. thank you for your excellent expertise and your great customer service.
