they havent cleaned the restrooms or shower at 419 San Jacinto Street Londale Hotel in over a month. Bed bugs on the couches and roaches in the showers.Ā
I came to this office because of Joe Rothchildās reputation, however once I signed a contract his team became unreachable. After 9 months of no results with the sale of my house and many attempted calls I came to the office and they told me that he had retired and no one here can help me. Iām totally disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect for the clients. Iām filing a complaint with TREC and want to warn everyone to stay away from these people.Ā
Rene' was amazing to work with! We are first-time home buyers and had a ton of questions. She made the process so easy for us. I would highly recommend requesting her if you plan to work with their office!Ā
Kim Clayton was extremely helpful throughout the entire selling and buying process. The phone didnāt ring more than once before sheād answer.
