They don't use text messages or emails for appointment reminders. Because of our busy schedules, they fine you if you forget to go an appointment. Dr Roth is amazing but office staff is terrible who call customers and she is so rude and she does not listen to you.
I've been going to Dr Roth for a long time and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Dr Roth is a dental magician! She does excellent work, is extremely kind and compassionate. She doesn't waste time and gets to the point. I appreciate her years of wisdom and experience. A definate asset to KW. Her team is fantastic as well!
