We survived the storms that went through McGregor this week, our camper did not. Jeff at Roth RV, the parts department, repair men who called us back to let us know what they could do, find solutions and made the calls to let us know our options so dealing with the insurance company became so much more easy. I have used them in the past for a new faucet for the camper, they answered a text form on a holiday weekend and help us then as well. This definately made us loyal customers.
Pretty hard to give a review for service when they don’t even return your call good luck everyone
