John Warren took time out of his day to help us find a way to get a spare tire for our fish house so we could get home. He was so willing to help us when we were in need and if you ever find yourself in this store, you should definitely ask for him!

Went to Roth, Grand Rapids, to purchase a new snowmobile trailer. They offered me a trade on my old trailer. We agreed on a price. The salesman – Randy - asked me to send him a copy of my driver’s license, which I did. I informed him when I would be there to get the new trailer and drop mine off. I had to drive 75 miles to get to the business. When I got there, I was then informed they – the store manager and the salesman - wanted a bill of sale as proof of my ownership.
