Their delivery person was very nice. However, since delivery it has been nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone or email to communicate with me about anything. During business hours I have sat on hold for inordinate amounts of time just trying to speak about an erroneous bill, or change my address after I moved. The one time I got someone on the phone, they refused to send any written confirmation that I didn't have a balance, just assuring me that I had a zero balance and it was okay to ignore the multitude of bills I... read more
