I had nothing but problems from onset. They sent me wrong items, & damaged supplies. When I tried to get info. on billing issues, I was reffered to site in India, whom did not speak English well, and who kept sending me to other Reps. Finally said they would send me itemized statement. Never received it. When I called Roth they told me to call India billing again. Also on another occassion, Rotech sent me text & phone msg. stating they were cancelling service & wanted to pickup equipt. No explanation why. This was right afte... read more

It's a professionally run company, with great employees, especially Michelle, Jessica (& I am so sorry, but the name of the tech who came to our house has slipped my mind for the moment.
