Their delivery person was very nice. However, since delivery it has been nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone or email to communicate with me about anything. During business hours I have sat on hold for inordinate amounts of time just trying to speak about an erroneous bill, or change my address after I moved. This company is amazing personable they deliver on time and go through every step on how to use their machines properly!
Stan has almost 60 years in the medical field and does a great job of orienting users who are new to bipap machines. His enthusiasm and expertise made me confident that this will be a successful therapy to address my sleep apnea! So pleased I got to meet him and work with him on this new adventure.
