I needed help the same-day with oxygen supplies. After hours of arguing with my current provider, I called around until I found Roth medical. Grace and Sarah assured me I could get my supplies same day. Isaiah came out a few hours later and set me up. He was absolutely wonderful, explaining things to me more than once if I was confused. STANLEY IS THE BEST RESPIRATORY THERAPIST EVER!!! CPAP KNOWLEDGE IS AMAZING!! MICHELLE IS ALWAYS AMAZING, CARING, HELPFUL, ORGANIZED!!! COLORADO HEALTH CARE HEROES WORK HERE!! All of the CSRs and THERAPISTS ARE AMAZING HERE!! If you need oxygen tanks, CPAP supplies, medical equipment this is the BEST PLACE! ROTH has their own respiratory therapist, sleep therapist (for CPAP diagnosis, etc) Serious COLORADO HEALTH CARE HEROES WORK HERE! NO NEED TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE. :) ((We quit the "other guys". Roth is so much better! ))
Patrick did a fantastic job to help us out. Our oxygen concentrator went out overnight and he was able to come out and get it fixed after hours in a timely manner. Very kind and compassionate.
