Mr Touchette is unprofessional. If your looking for a lawyer as a grandparent going against parents for neglect, abuse and living in an uninhabitable home. I had proof to show the neglect, abuse and rat infested home. I had to do most of the work to get information. Unprofessional, unprepared and rude. Ms Roth came to court unprepared and provided false information which caused extreme stress and a poor ruling. My father paid for Ms Roths services for two years which cost him over $70,000 after two years she FINALLY filed his case to the court. A waste of money and a terrible lawyer!!!! I do not recomand Mr. Touchette for a family matter. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Talks down to you and pretty well makes you do his job. My sons father s lawyer has even said he was not organized and hadn't heard from him in months even though I had asked him several times to ask the them to reconsider or negotiate a different plan.
