Outstanding therapist whom I've recommended to several people and they have all had an excellent experience due to her expertise. Her knowledge combined with her practical approach to problem solving gets to the bottom of issues quickly and compassionately.
Lydia is a pure blessing. She’s always got her sleeves rolled up and ready to help me get to the bottom of issues. She’s called me out when I’ve been in the wrong and has helped coach me through difficult situations and conversations. My sessions with her are productive and the growth I’ve experienced is significant.
I've been seeing Dr. Roth-Laube on/off for years. She is always professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend her to people who are able to accept honest feedback. She has helped me through different life situations with advice and exercises. I do not always like what she has to say but I trust her professional opinion
She was the worst phychologist I have ever visited. I went in there for couples counseling and was in an abusive situation. My boyfriend was a high profile law professor at the University of MN. She sided with him, never discussed his controlling, manipulative behavior, and shamed me over and over again playing more and more into his abuse, insecurity, and power control. I confronted her and she got defensive, accusing me of challenging her.At the end he was also physical abusive
