On 106th South today in Sandy/Draper, one of their vehicles kept dropping an excessive amount of rocks while driving down the road, creating a hazard for other drivers. I would presume, therefore, that the vehicle is either poorly maintained or is not being properly prepared for the unsecured cargo. In the short time I was unfortunately behind this vehicle, it dropped handfuls of rocks at least four times.
