The reception woman needs a serious attitude adjustment. Clients should not be treated as if they are disrupting her whole day, when walking into, or calling, the office. Clients are already in some type of dire straights, (hence needing an attorney), and do not need to have a person treat them so rudely. If it had happened in one instance, out of several encounters, that could be overlooked.
