I gave Bob a written order with several things to do. Among them, I really needed to have my hood locking mechanism fixed. (As in, make it work like it used to). When I came to pick it up he said they had it working & charged $9.75 for the "repair." I drove it around the corner & found it wasn't working. I went back & he argued that is was fine.
