Poor service They are on their third attempt at getting my opener to work. I am now just going to hire another company cause I have wasted to much time and money on Action......

Wasted my time Sat here waiting for them for 4.5 hours. Did not show. After 4.5 hours I called to ask when they were coming. Guy said he called me but I did not answer the phone. I have been home all morning and got other calls just fine. When I asked why he didn't leave a message when he called, he said that he couldn't re-schedule his appointment with a telephone. Weird. He got really argumentative. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Awesome Customer Service!!! I just had a new opener installed and Action Garage Door knows what customer service is all about! They replaced my old opener, programmed three remotes (for two separate doors) to work together (which apparently meant changing out a logic board), plus gave me a separate code for my existing key pad so I could open either door. Great experiance I am writing to say what a great experience I had in regards to costumer service with Action. I called and spoke to a very friendly and knowlegable office staffer, (Brenda). She kindly walked me through some troubleshooting measures with no luck as the my garage door would not close. She said she would have a seasoned tech call me ( Merril) which he did and again very accomadating. The end result a low battery on the wall control. All in all, a refeshing experience. Review Action Garage Door did a phenomenal job for me, not only is the door excellent, but the Genie Opener works great. I would highly recommend them

Review Action Garage Door did an excellent job on my door and they sold me a Genie opener that is performing very well. This is the best door and opener that I have ever had. I would highly recommend Action to anyone and everyone.

Very happy customer I called Action with a broken spring. They were able to fix it the next day at a reasonable price. Additionally, the repairman offered advice to keep the door running smoothly and was pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend Action Garage Door.

not happy If I could give them a negative star I would. Garage was broken into had over $10,000 dollars in bikes stolen and Action Garage feels they are not responsible. Intruders were able to simply lift open the new garage doors which were bought and installed by Action. The lock mechanism was faulty as the repairman explained stating he could not make the door lock. The following day they were back to remove the openers and install a different brand which lock.
