Super friendly, and helpful! Gorgeous homes. Even though I said I wasn't ready to buy for a year or so, she treated me like I was buying today. Just a wonderful interaction.
What a wonderful experience. Great staff. Mr. Roten was very informative on all aspects and features of the building of this particular model. The warranties on his homes are excellent! We are so pleased with our new home. Highly recommend.
Our family is really disappointed with the team at Roten Homes. The one year warranty is a joke if the builder doesn’t correct the deficiencies. We have owned the home for 9 months with little progress made to repairs. We hired a foundation company to track movement due to MANY cracked bricks and cracked mortar. The vinyl plank flooring is popping up in over a dozen spots. The shower drain looks like “the new guy” didn’t know how to cut a square and it is not acting as a proper moisture barrier.
