Got my truck fixed there after an accident and a few weeks later I followed my wife driving my truck and itâ??s tracking wrong. I bring it back to find out what was going on and they tell me I owe them 300$ !!! They never called and explained that they where charging me for work I never signed anything saying I agree to pay you for work nothing. Bad services & products – I bought a snoway plow from rotellas. It did not work correctly( the remote would not work) When I brought it in for service they refused to believe me until I proved it did not work. I was treated rudely and with no respect. I had to have it in for service 3 times within 3 weeks of purchase the season it was bought. The next year, still under warranty, the plow had to come in for service 4 times because it would fail in the field, then I had to go through tons of headaches getting it to rotellas(th... read more
