Jo-Ann was great to deal with from the design and selection of materials, it was an awesome experience!! She coordinated with contractor too. Bathroom/Laundry completed now onto the other 2 bathrooms!!
I had a great experience from beginning to finish, working with Jo-Ann at Rotella's. Their selection of items is beautiful, and there are quality options for all budgets and styles. Jo-Ann was incredibly responsive to every question I had, and was super helpful with design help as well. Communication between Rotella's and the contractor was seamless; I have never had an easier experience working with a business. What a pleasure to work with Rotella's!
