My equipment was picked up in late January or early February they said they never received it. I’m not paying for something I don’t have. Now I get a bill they just sent me for January 2025. I’m paying it to close out my account. Where it paid in full. I’ve talked with them to no avail. Poor customer service talked to 4 different people and still nothing back on this problem. They got it back !!
By far the worst company you can deal with they will leave you hanging without oxygen tanks and tell you that it's not their problem they don't deliver on the weekends. It's not an emergency to have oxygen on the weekend. I wouldn't recommend this for any of your family members at all they are very rude especially Teresa. I caught the manager in so many lies she told the gentleman that delivers oxygen that he's not allowed to clock in and bring oxygen tanks to somebody that was in need because it wasn't an emergency having o... read more
This place is useless and Main Center is the worst to deal with. Every time a delivery comes, it’s the wrong product and the representative are the brutal. I end up spending money on Amazon to buy the right equipment. This was for a year now. Kurt👎👎👎👎
