They have no feelings for anyone. Extremely slow service. My husband couldn't be released from hospital until bipap has been delivered. They have them there, referral, insurance approval and they are waiting on their own company approval. Friday afternoon they decided to go home for weekend instead of filling order so my husband is stuck in hospital until they return and get it done.
If I could put more stars, I would rotech has helped me. So much since my oxygen problem has started. And they come to my home within an hour of being home from the hospital. And this great guy, Ricky come to my house. Explained everything to me and I mean, step-by-step, he even helped tell me how to do the power company form. Because you’re seldom likely to get an answer whenever you call any Rotech location in the area, you might think getting someone on the phone is the jackpot after entering a lottery you were forced into. Unfortunately, Sabrina at the Inverness location manages to make a rare phone call answer feel like losing Russian Roulette due to the sheer magnitude terrible customer service. Awful customer service all around terrible company. Im not sure why insurance companies have not dropped them. Guess they dont care about the members.
I never write reviews.... Always a great experience with this company and employees. A few weeks ago my home oxygen unit stopped working and I was brought a brand new one that day. Within a few hours. I use the 8hr tank for emergencies. So it all worked out. Today, Ricky changed out my oxygen bottles and brought me regulator washers and canula. A very nice, courteous and informative employee. I highly recommend!
