If I could give no stars I would. It's been since Jan 28 ,2026 and here we are in Sept. they still have not gotten to deliver my mom's COAP machine. Everytime I call I'm on hold and get no where. They are rude and I do not recommend this company at all!!!!
Walked in with no notice after a bad night with not much sleep due to a surgery the day before. Needed a special mask. Yolanda and a helpful technician had me walking out with just what I needed in about ten minutes. And the price was right!
How can it be that no one returns your call or they have another site helping to answer calls. When the other site tries to call even they can't get through. I have a 20 inch wheelchair I've had a problem twice with the side panel. Yesterday they replaced the chair with a 22 inch. It doesn't fit through the door to get to the ramp. Still waiting for a return call and a new wheelchair.
No one answers the phone. You can stay "in queue" / on hold for *literally hours,* and no one calls you back for DAYS. Then they get your order/delivery wrong!!! Repeat.
