Horrible company!
This is a rating for national Rotech not the local office. Harness for c-pap plastic snap broke in the night. Rotec 888 number we can replace it in 5-7 days. Primary and pulmonoligist says you have to wear the "mask". This is life and death situation."Do you understand you have to wear a mask when sleeping. So I go to local office. Through no fault of the employee, I'm told Rotec policy is you have to order through the 888 number.
