No one answers the phone. You can stay "in queue" / on hold for *literally hours,* and no one calls you back for DAYS. Then they get your order/delivery wrong!!! Repeat.

Amazing staff here! Always nice and helpful whenever I need to go in there.
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this company. They were supposed to pick up their equipment, and I have called **three separate times** requesting pickup since **July 2025**. Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, no one ever came to retrieve it. On top of that, they continue billing us for equipment that they have failed to pick up. This has been extremely inconvenient and unacceptable customer service. I expected better communication and resolution after repeatedly reaching out.
