Utter incompetence. First, if you leave a message, as they indicate, you will not get a call back. (which they admit they don't call back.) Then if you wait on hold--30 minutes for me--and get someone, they made the appointment for the wrong time. Then when I drove there, they said there was no one that could write a ticket for a conversion from another company. Stay away.
Trying to get oxygen from this company is a joke. On hold 10 minutes just to be disconnected twice. Left a voicemail and 3 days later still no call back. Will not be using their company ever.
This company was referred to our family by our insurance carrier, and the experience has been very disappointing. We have an 84-year-old senior trying to get help, and they simply do not answer the phone. After we all waited on hold for 1 hour and 33 minutes, the call was finally picked up—only to be hung up on. They never called to inform me. About the delivery day or at less email three times heads up but I bet they blame the people that need it they were not home when we never was informed. Why email the same day late also . First of all I feel bad for the drivers ..in Florida it sucks to drive certain areas especially entering poinciana. It's sad enough I've been waiting for my wheelchair for a month and a week already they don't pick up their phones they don't call back. Wasn't sure what the holdup was on my rollator order, but called the office, they took care of business, and my rollator arrived the next day. My technician Ro was very professional, polite, and helpful in educating me. Great service all the way around!
