I have been at this location twice to get my CPAP equipment. Both times I was taken care promptly and with care. Candice provides amazing costumer service. Wanda at the regional office is amazing as well. Thank you!! 🤗
This place is the worst. Been trying for a month to get equipment. No one answers the phones ever. Then they call back when you hold a place in line or leave messages after 5pm to get people in other states that tell you sorry the local office is closed. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
I am a new patient for Rotech. My doctors orders for them were incomplete. I got several calls from Kim letting me know what was going on and why there was a delay. As soon as they got everything correct she called again to set up the delivery. She was very, very helpful and pleasant to speak with. I hope the rest of my encounters with them are the same.
This place is a complete ripoff to persons with disabilities. I’m a 56 year old disabled man in need of a walking device which was prescribed by my DR. To this company. I paid the co-pay and was told my walking device was on the way and will arrive the next day. Low and behold it never arrived, a week later I had call to inquire about the device and then I’m told I have to pay the deductible. Which was the copay.
