They never called to inform me. About the delivery day or at less email three times heads up but I bet they blame the people that need it they were not home when we never was informed. Why email the same day late also . First of all I feel bad for the drivers ..in Florida it sucks to drive certain areas especially entering poinciana. It's sad enough I've been waiting for my wheelchair for a month and a week already they don't pick up their phones they don't call back. Wasn't sure what the holdup was on my rollator order, but called the office, they took care of business, and my rollator arrived the next day. My technician Ro was very professional, polite, and helpful in educating me. Great service all the way around!

Customer service is horrible!! Thank God for hospice stepping in and getting the proper equipment for my grandmother in a timely manner. She'd be dead if I depended on Rotech to repair her oxygen concentrator. It took almost a week of calling to get a response. It's going on two weeks since "someone was supposed to come out" absolutely horrible. Please come get your equipment from out my garage!

If there was a zero they would get zero stars. They called me one time and I made a payment they were quick to take my payment but have yet to call me back to get my equipment. I've called several times and they sent several emails for someone to contact me. Now a week and a half still nothing. Was on hold for an hour and line disconnected. Did the callback thing to hold your place in line and nothing. I'm looking into getting a cpap machine from someone else. At this point. Ridiculous!
