My mothers in home oxygen broke tried three times with tech support and not fixed been waiting almost a week for tech to come fix and no answers im desperately calling every number no one answers i need answers ASAP
Rotech took over when my company went out of business. I decided to go with someone other than Rotech, so glad I did. Rotech has zero customer satisfaction in communication. And when calling them, you have to leave a message and that doesn't get a response. I received a call again yesterday about picking up "their" machine. Asked for a call or text with notice of time frame before arrival. "Yes I'll let you know". Such a lie!!! Tech showed up at my door today with no notice of arrival time. Utter incompetence. First, if you leave a message, as they indicate, you will not get a call back. (which they admit they don't call back.) Then if you wait on hold--30 minutes for me--and get someone, they made the appointment for the wrong time. Then when I drove there, they said there was no one that could write a ticket for a conversion from another company. Stay away.
Trying to get oxygen from this company is a joke. On hold 10 minutes just to be disconnected twice. Left a voicemail and 3 days later still no call back. Will not be using their company ever.
This company was referred to our family by our insurance carrier, and the experience has been very disappointing. We have an 84-year-old senior trying to get help, and they simply do not answer the phone. After we all waited on hold for 1 hour and 33 minutes, the call was finally picked up—only to be hung up on. This has happened over the past two days. We have screenshots showing the call times and long wait periods—these do not lie.
