Great service from Alan and Harry they were both very nice
I have been a customer for many years with Rotech and this is the first time I’ve had an issue with an order my Dr sent in November 5th today is December 5th and I have yet to hear anything from Rotech about my CPAP Machine. I’ve been calling for one month now and nothing so I’m going to pay them a visit to see what is going on. Very disappointed customer.
Awful experience. They took three months to get back to me after many faxes and many calls. Just to refuse service without explanation. There are many options. Pick a different one.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Orlando Rotech location, specifically Omar, for his exceptional service today. Omar prioritized my grandmother's oxygen equipment delivery, ensuring she received the necessary continuous flow of oxygen, as she had not received it as scheduled. Although the ticket only indicated one additional E tank, I was able to communicate with the driver, who kindly left four additional oxygen tanks, providing a temporary solution.
