Absolutely terrible company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! It's been about 5 weeks now, and still no supplies. Every time I call I get a different answer. I'm not sure at this point if I'll ever get a shipment. They are incredibly disorganized, they do not put the correct information into your account. Save yourself the massive headache and use someone else.
The runaround for 6 days to deliver a battery for my mobility cart... NOW they won't deliver the battery, they want to take the cart FROM MY HOUSE for another week. Instead of just bringing a battery to the house and instantly solving the problem. NOW I am not able to get around my house.... This company is SH^T STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.... They just don't give a crap about you !!!!!!!
Terrible costumer service! Agents transferred me and a patient more than 6 times in a row and no one was able to assist us! Terrible english too!
The only reason I give it one star is because they NEVER answer the phone. I have tried sending messages through their app and no email answer back. I will have to go to the office
