Jamie was great! Extremely knowledgeable & helpful.
Jamie at Rotech helped me with my first experience with a cpap and was fantastic, informing me of the machine and the process, and helping me customize it for my particular situation. I definitely had a positive experience.
The people are very friendly and easy to work with. Jamie was very patient and made sure that I understood everything that I needed to know.

If I could use another company, I would. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is atrocious and they make promises they won't keep "Yes, we will absolutely call you back in 20 minutes with an update." No call back. I called corporate to complain and received a call back with a general number and no extension to be able to talk to an actual person.
