If I could use another company, I would. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is atrocious and they make promises they won't keep "Yes, we will absolutely call you back in 20 minutes with an update." No call back. I called corporate to complain and received a call back with a general number and no extension to be able to talk to an actual person. Not a good experience with this company. Some of the representatives I worked with were helpful & did their best to give me the information I needed. One employee in particular, Barbara, was extremely unpleasant & unhelpful. She was condescending at times & seemed to revel in telling me that my cpap needed to be returned & there was absolutely nothing I could do to prevent this from happening. These people could care less if you actually have Doctors orders, medically necessary products with or without insurance. Money hungry and not what I would describe as a personable company. By the books, by the buck. Go with Norco, much better company tp work with.

I had a ? About some billing and they stated it was monthly rental and was to I miss understood and I replied can't miss understand if I'm not informed then the lady got rood and said I'm not going to argue with you if I don't want the machine to bring it back there open until 5 or 6 can't recall the time, also called about a week after I received machine with a ? Same thing then very rood and poor customer

Sketchy patient education. Testy customer service. On the positive side, they do pick up the phone, considerable customer patience advised.
