I just want to give a big shout out to Greg he has been very attentive to my Mom's oxygen needs. Her equipment has failed a few times and when I called the staff got right on it and Greg goes above and beyond! It is comforting knowing that they are so responsive every time! Need more people like this in this world! Thank you!
Greg N from Rotech Healthcare came because a family member was having a problem with an oxygen concentrated that Rotech supplies. He was extremely helpful, friendly, informative, and went out of his way to explain everything to us as to how to properly use this machine, charge or change the battery, Etc. He also changed the battery in it which was not charging properly and provided the manual that we needed since none had been provided previously. Greg is kind and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we had oxygen in the house when we got home from the hospital. He is a patient and made sure we knew how to use the equipment properly.

I’m surprised with the reviews about Rotech. The product can be technique sensitive and require patience. Why take that out on the providers? Kit is great. Thanks for getting me hooked up :)
