Most people only rate the negative. Not the right thing to do. My experience with Rotech in Stuart, FL is just the opposite. I have been blessed with their profesional help and courtesy. I hope I do not get anyone in trouble. Ms. Kit and Gary are phenomenal. When I needed help, they came to the rescue. Thank you for all you do for the rest of us. Extremely recommend

My son has sleep apnea and is having surgery, his doctor ordered a pulse oximeter for post-op use and we struggled to find a DME company to fill the RX. We contacted Rotech (they handle his CPAP supplies) and they did not have one, but Kit, the location manager, RRT went above and beyond to help us find a DME company that could help us!! Thank you for going out of your way to take care of us, it was much appreciated!!

***update 10/17/24- they have sent a new automated message that states we owe more money- Outsourced call center that does not call back tried to have them send us a shipping label to return device and they did not. Our health insurance charged us until we ended up going into the store to return

They lie about your financial liability to get you out the door. Be carfull, call your your insurance on your own don’t trust them. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
