I’m surprised with the reviews about Rotech. The product can be technique sensitive and require patience. Why take that out on the providers? Kit is great. Thanks for getting me hooked up :)
I had the good luck to have a great experience with a very kind very informative employee named Kit ! My husband have been trying for 2 months with many phone calls to our primary to get an important part of his cpap the mask ! Today I called Rotech and Kit solved every worry we had explaining it in layman terms for first time users! We really appreciate your kindness!
I had never heard of Rotech until last week when I got a call from Lori in regards to my O2 therapy order from my neurologist for migraines. Was quite hesitant to try until I educated myself and Lori gave lots of good pointers on how it will help. Tanks delivered by Greg today who also was courteous & extremely helpful.
