In rehab from a serious cardiac issue when my old CPAP gave up. My PC doctor contacted Rotech and within days had my insurance cleared and a new machine in my hands. I was having to sleep sitting almost vertically to breath. Had a good night sleep with the new machine. Fantastic service. God bless the M all at Rotech
Most people only rate the negative. Not the right thing to do. My experience with Rotech in Stuart, FL is just the opposite. I have been blessed with their profesional help and courtesy. I hope I do not get anyone in trouble. Ms. Kit and Gary are phenomenal. When I needed help, they came to the rescue. Thank you for all you do for the rest of us. Extremely recommend
My son has sleep apnea and is having surgery, his doctor ordered a pulse oximeter for post-op use and we struggled to find a DME company to fill the RX. We contacted Rotech (they handle his CPAP supplies) and they did not have one, but Kit, the location manager, RRT went above and beyond to help us find a DME company that could help us!! Thank you for going out of your way to take care of us, it was much appreciated!!
