This place is rediculous and I wonder how many people they have tricked in to signing papers to keep themselves out of trouble they called my mother and told her that her insurance would not cover that they were coming to get her hospital bed, bedside commode and wheelchair after they came an got it the man wanted her to sign a paper saying she was refusing doctors orders she told him why did she need to sign she wasn’t signing it because she didn’t refuse he said that he needed to cover his butt he would just say she refuse... read more
Great bunch of people would hope to keep them as my supplier
Not sure if it's a local issue or a corporate issue or both but I've been going back and forth between both places for months trying to get supplies and trying to have a pickup removed. Last week I got a call from the local office that the pickup was removed but that information hasn't been related to corporate yet. Do not recommend
