Sent products wrong address and ordered the wrong supplies then so far have not corrected it 8 days later
As a primary care doctor who orders for patients sleep apnea products I know how important it is to keep reasonably ahead of supply needs. BUT Rotech is hard to work with. I've been trying for 6 months now with phone calls (hard to reach a person) and emails to local and their corporate office to tell them to take me off of auto order new supplies. 1 star is too much! This place is a joke. My doctor's office sent stuff to them at the Kentucky office in June. I called about 2 weeks later to the local office. They had never heard of me. They finally tried calling in August but didn't leave a message. Left a message in October. I called to get everything going and it's now more than a week later and still haven't heard from them. They don't even care about their customers. I should have been able to get supplies by now. It's been 5 months. Pathetic
Worst place ever ! They have had my order from Dr to change my cpap pressure for a week and I was up there to find out when it would be fixed yesterday was supposed to be reset last night..it still has NOT been changed..they NEVER answer phone!!! Sorry excuses given !! What is going on ROTECH ????
Very sketchy business practices. Told me in August of last year after my insurance covered it’s part my total owed was 301 dollars i paid it got my equipment and hadn’t heard anything else until January of this year they started charging me monthly rental fees. Be careful they slide this one line about rental fees in a paper about machine information and manual booklets and the websites to see them. Stay away stay away stay away. Reported them to the BBB as well.
