The only reason I put up with this place at all was because it was the only place locally that would take my insurance. It took a solid 5 months of back and forth to get my equipment. Inexcusable. One star is too much. I don't recommend anyone deal with them for any reason.
My insurance changed and I have to use rotech here locally for Cpap supplies. I started jumping thru hoops in January and actually had to quit messing with them because it was frustrating. So today I NEED a new mask in a bad way and I tried again. So guess what happens, a new hoop to go thru. The funny thing is that a coworker said they are having the same issues. I guess I will pay for it out of pocket and turn that into insurance myself. Thanks for nothing Rotech
I felt really bad about having to call in and ask for service late on a Saturday afternoon. But to my surprise, I dealt with two of the most professional, compassionate, understanding, and helpful people. Today was one of the bad days with COPD and I had not only the O2 generator malfunction but also very low on backup portable bottles. Sent products wrong address and ordered the wrong supplies then so far have not corrected it 8 days later
As a primary care doctor who orders for patients sleep apnea products I know how important it is to keep reasonably ahead of supply needs. BUT Rotech is hard to work with. I've been trying for 6 months now with phone calls (hard to reach a person) and emails to local and their corporate office to tell them to take me off of auto order new supplies.
