I was provided 3 machines that did not monitor my use. I was told it was faulty equipment and would not affect my care or cost. Because he machine didn’t monitor the use on the memory card or machine memory I was considered out of compliance for my usage percentage. Has been 2 days no one calls back over my husband's bipac
The Rotech in Corbin KY is the place to get your medical needs they are so nice and so helpful my husband got a wheelchair there a couple weeks ago and we had a problem with one of the wheels we went by today to see if they could fix it they were so helpful and had it fixed in 15 minutes they took it in and out of my truck for me one of the guys name was Thomas I didn't get the other ones name but he was so nice and helpful too there are so many places you go anymore for something and the employee s makes you feel like you a... read more
