Horrible company. My mother has tried to have her oxygen returned for 10 months and the continuously drag their feet so they keep getting the over $500 a month from Medicare. That’s stealing. This company should have a large federal and state audit to investigate them on fraud! 260713 - Update-Humana said 3 times they were having this picked up for Rotech and nothing. She still has it and Humana keeps paying unnecessary and using government Medicare funds for it. What a shame Humana Medicare and Rotech.

This place is a joke.I would never recommended to anyone who wants to live.They do not want to enter their phone to never use this company I would give it a 0 star if I could.It won't let me do it.This place is nothing but a joke
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Rotech Louisville. My doctor sent a CPAP prescription over a month ago, and my insurance information has already been updated. I have called multiple times and even visited your office in person, but I have received no response and no progress on my CPAP order. This delay is affecting my health and is unacceptable.
