Had nothing but problems since the beginning. Horrible. Bout to try and report them to the state and file a grievance with Humana.
My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Waited all day, no word from them. I called this morning, no answer, left a message & no one returned my call. Business is now closed & doesn't re-open until Mon. Terrible customer service.
Worst company ever do not use them. They have been nothing but trouble. I do not recommend this company stay away from them.
I highly recommend this place. They were professional and quick. I thought I would have a long wait time or would have to jump through hoops but they actually delivered my hospital bed within a week and took care of everything. Everyone was friendly and patient from the customer service rep who answered the phone to the gentleman who came and sent it up. I can't say how much I appreciated them.
