I would like to say Aerial has been terrific. .
Terrible company! Filed a complaint with Humana yesterday. There is always a different answer. No communication except threatening demands for money. No calls are returned. The Louisville office won't even answer the phone. If you are not forced to do business with them, Run!
Nighteenth place, we have tried 5 times to return the breathing machine, and each time they have an excuse not to receive it. The attention is very bad, really the insurance should not have a contract with this entity. We have wasted, time for work, patience, beings, etc. etc. NOT RECOMMING TO ROTECH OF CENTRAL KENTUCKY
Rotech is an absolutely terrible company, and their supply partner Sleep Central is even worse. My CPAP stopped working, and I had called and left a message and sent an email. Their voicemail said to visit my online portal.. There was no place to do anything different than what I had already done by emailing and calling. After 5 emails and leaving 6 voicemail, I called my doctors office and they said we will just put in an order for a new one since the one that stopped working was over 3 years old. Had nothing but problems since the beginning. Horrible. Bout to try and report them to the state and file a grievance with Humana.
