Horrible service!!!! Called three times, however answers hangs up immediately !!!! Explains the 2 star rating!!!!! ROTECH HIGHER MANAGEMENT PLEASE TAKE ACTION!!!!!
Cannot believe my equipment was sitting there and no one thought "we need to call the customer and schedule and appt ". Left 3 messages...no return call. Finally got to talk with someone today. When asked why I did not get a call to schedule a time to pick up my machine - the response was "we have 1500 machines" sounds like Rotech has lots of business. Just no customer focus. And, unfortunately, Rotech is the "preferred provider" for Humana. Something is not right about all this.
Rotech is not at this address anymore, please can somebody change this!?
I would like to say Aerial has been terrific. .
Terrible company! Filed a complaint with Humana yesterday. There is always a different answer. No communication except threatening demands for money. No calls are returned. The Louisville office won't even answer the phone. If you are not forced to do business with them, Run!
