I am extremely disappointed with the service from Rotech Louisville. My doctor sent a CPAP prescription over a month ago, and my insurance information has already been updated. I have called multiple times and even visited your office in person, but I have received no response and no progress on my CPAP order. This delay is affecting my health and is unacceptable. Horrible. Absolutely a horrible business. Don't give a crap if you run out of oxygen and will only deliver every 3 months the other two you have to go get it. This place bites. I was forced to give them 1 star
I'm a maintenance tech who has been calling for 3 weeks to have oxygen tanks picked up, I've been placed on the Wednesday pickup list but no one shows or calls. I called again only to be placed on hold until they closed. No one came into the office or called the number they had on file.
Just about got smashed into by one of this company's Vans driving on the Watterson expressway about 25 miles an hour over the posted speed limit. Leaving in and out of traffic, and tailgating every person they got behind. Don't think I would do business with a company that decides to have drivers putting people at risk on a daily basis.
