My mother has came here twice about her new cpap machine she recently went to her doctor so she could have a new one doctor said she was supposed to get it a few days after he wrote the order for her to pick it up at rotech! My mom calls rotech several times without any answer so my mom drove to the rotech place and guess what? They don't have her new cpap machine. Please Don't do business with this company they like to play games with you and not give you the equipment you need.
No wonder theres a low rating with this company.. they have no communication skills and they hire absolute shit drivers! Just had one run a red light and completely block an entire intersection and then flipped ppl off for honking at him.. do better or close your business... its trash!
Horrible company. My mother has tried to have her oxygen returned for 10 months and the continuously drag their feet so they keep getting the over $500 a month from Medicare. That’s stealing. This company should have a large federal and state audit to investigate them on fraud! 260713 - Update-Humana said 3 times they were having this picked up for Rotech and nothing. She still has it and Humana keeps paying unnecessary and using government Medicare funds for it. What a shame Humana Medicare and Rotech.
