Started off a little rough — there were some insurance issues, and I felt like (in terms of customer service) things could have been handled a little better. That said, when I started having trouble with the CPAP mask itself, Angela actually stepped up and helped me out. She asked how treatment was going and, most importantly, was concerned about insurance dropping me over usage due to mask intolerance on my part. I found Angela Miller to be extremely rude. She is the manager. I recommend you go somewhere else. I don't want anyone else to have the same experience. I called and left a message when there was a problem with my CPAP machine. Angela Miller told me to call my doctor and I did. I told my doctor they were not going to offer me any assistance and I wanted another company. She also claims to be a respiratory therapist. I don't know if that is true.
Weird. Rude branch manager left the business a 5 star review yet not many people have.
Friendly, professional staff. Went there for CPAP machine and supplies. They explained everything thoroughly and took time to fit the right mask for me.
