Started off a little rough — there were some insurance issues, and I felt like (in terms of customer service) things could have been handled a little better. She asked how treatment was going and, most importantly, was concerned about insurance dropping me over usage due to mask intolerance on my part. Can't seem to get my reorder supplies on time still waiting.
Unreachable in an emergency (broken machine, end-stage COPD patient). Been leaving messages for over an hour and still no response, still no answer, and they're about to close for lunch. Negligent and unacceptable.
