EDIT: Revising to 4 stars, as manager Angela personally called to rectify these issues and service has been much better since. Thanks! Original: Unreachable in an emergency (broken machine, end-stage COPD patient). Been leaving messages for over an hour and still no response, still no answer, and they're about to close for lunch. Negligent and unacceptable.
Professional, friendly, and fast.
I had an absolutely awful experience at this location. My mom had a scheduled CPAP mask fitting appointment, but when she arrived, she was told the person she was supposed to see had an emergency. After waiting for hours, she was told it would be another two hours. No one called ahead to let her know, despite the fact that it was a long drive (over an hour and a half). If I could leave a zero star I would! They are sloppy on service they keep sending bills out when they have picked up all equipment and I have them on my security cameras loading everything in their van. I even called and got my total I owed and sent a check in before they picked up so I wouldn’t have to deal with them again. I would go and buy my own equipment before I would ever use them again.
James delivered and set up my husband equipment and made sure we understood everything. Great service
