Very rude, an unprofessional had an appointment at 3 o'clock. They took some guy in front of me that was late to get there. Till 3 then told me, I would have to wait an hour to hour and 20 minutes before he was done and they have no public bathroom, she told me I would have to go to rose's or McDonald's to use the bathroom, but I had an appointment at 3 o'clock and when I asked her, but why don't you have a bathroom she goes? Only reason for a one star review is it wouldn't let me do less. I have had billing issues from day one. I was charge over $800 for a billing issue on their end. I have been told 3 times they would review my account and call back, I have never received a call back. Four months later I have an $800 credit that i can't get back. Do not give them your Credit Card to set up auto payments.
Started off a little rough — there were some insurance issues, and I felt like (in terms of customer service) things could have been handled a little better. That said, when I started having trouble with the CPAP mask itself, Angela actually stepped up and helped me out. She asked how treatment was going and, most importantly, was concerned about insurance dropping me over usage due to mask intolerance on my part.
