BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY: When I first picked up my machine I was completely new to the whole cpap machine thing. The ladies at the office said it would be no more than 50$ a month. Well Rotech will spam send you supplies and you will owe them 700$+ within three months. They wouldn't accept returns on unopened stuff once it did arrive. To top it off they give you the previous model not the newest one and will bill/charge you/your insurance for the price of the newest machine. Save yourself the headache. Terrific staff
Great place to work with staff like Brandi Melissa Trenton Tiffani and Barbara its always going to be a fun day, you never wanted to miss a day from work. As soon as you enter the door you are greeted with Melissa smiling face is like a stubbon stain no matter you try to remove it its not coming off always smiling. Brandi is very helpful and Trenton he is a great person to work with always helpful and jolly. Barbara and Tiffani are always very helpful.
Called asking about a part for a CPAP. The woman who answered seemed like I was an inconvenience, couldn't even tell if she knew what I was talking about nor did she bother to offer to get someone else to help me. Will just use Amazon if this is the level of customer service I can expect locally.
Rotech has great customer services. Every time I call they are always polite and help me in a timely manner. They really care about their customers.
