Just received a call from them saying that they are sending a courier to pick up my C pap due to non compliance. They will not tell me what I am not in compliance with. One time it was because I did not have a follow up with my Dr. after my first getting the machine. I have been chasing them down constantly for the past two months to get a new mask and hose that I was prescribed by my Dr. Apparently they are always too busy to call customers back to help them. It would help to know that this place is actually called Rotech, so if you're driving around looking for Florida Medical Equipment, you won't find it. They don't pick up the phone either. They are rude, even if you are there for an appointment, and no one seems willing to help out.

Darlene and Cassandra too have both gone out of their way to help me with concerns about my mask fit and machine operation. Very knowledgeable about what needs to be replaced and what needs to be changed in how I take breaks and all questions about filters and exactly what my insurance covers and does not cover. The support lines are open and available and the office in Largo Fl Starkey Rd have accommodated my appointment times. Wouldn't give this place a star.The management doesn't care about the customers.The equipment is poor quality and if you have a problem with the equipment they say it's you're fault.Would not recommend.Run
