Local office tells you one thing, billing tells you another. Absolute nightmare og an experience. Im out almost $600 with nothing to show. Finally just gave the equipment back. Everyone blames each other and gives me the run around. When i told the lady on the phone what i was told her words were “just because we say something, doesn’t mean its true.” Un real . RUN RUN RUN AWAY. Use anyone else.

Lisa, w/rotech said I was on hospice care n they had to get my machine taday, like I was dieing, y do I need a ventilator anyway, then she tells me tht I don't need to kno y i can't have a ventilator tht she wouldn't share tht info w/me. She began to argue n fuss w/me n I hung up...

Have been using this company for years for cpap supplies. Called and asked them if they could calibrate my machine and was told NO because i did not get my machine from them. I will be looking for a new supplier.
