This is truly the worst pharmacy with the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They can't get a single detail right and no one knows what's going on. Don't trust them.
Saw pulmonologist on 3/1124 was ordered a a CPAP machine. Was told INS needs authorization. Takes about 10 days. INS approved on March 19. It's now April 2, n I still do not have machine. I need it for an operation for 4/19 for breast cancer, no CPAP no surgery, I call everyday n they said respiratory therapists are fully booked. What are they serving all of nj, this is rediculous.
Wow I am not surprised at the reviews each time I called I got a different explanation and the customer service should receive a zero I wouldn’t recommend this place for my beloved dogs it’s a sin and shame that you have to deal with such attitudes for much needed supplies🤬
