Alex came out to my home on a Saturday night because my oxygen concentrater wasn't working right. He figured out the problem and fixed it. Alex is the best, friendly, explains everything. Such a great person to have when you need anything. He goes above and beyond to make sure the patient has everything they need. I would recommend him 100%.

Yesterday there was a problem with an oxygen concentrator. Alex was here to the rescue in only an hour. Alex is always prompt courteous, professional, and knowlegeable about the service/equiptment provided. This Rotech representative goes above and beyond to provide the service timely basis, always showing up on time with a smile andfriendly attitude. Of all of the contacts from this company Alex is by far on of the companies best assets!

What a terrible place to deal with , they need customer service classes , getting them to answer your fone calls is like hitting the lottery, and their deliveries are worst , I do not and will not recommend this bussiness to anyone , and I also would not have left a star if I didn't have to

Alex has delivered oxygen tanks numerous times, as well as other equipment. He is knowledgeable and helpful, always arrives when stated with a smile and warm greetings for my husband.
