I had the privilege of having Jose Cuevas as the technician who helped my family. He is an absolute professional and went above and beyond to make sure that we were setup correctly. Last July, life changed when oxygen became a necessity in our home. John has been exceptional, patiently answering questions, providing assistance and advice even on Christmas Day, multiple times, only our second day home with oxygen on a full time basis. He’s been there to assist us in the education of the concentrator and the portable device and all the components that accompany these machines. Alex came out to my home on a Saturday night because my oxygen concentrater wasn't working right. He figured out the problem and fixed it. Alex is the best, friendly, explains everything. Such a great person to have when you need anything. He goes above and beyond to make sure the patient has everything they need. I would recommend him 100%.

Yesterday there was a problem with an oxygen concentrator. Alex was here to the rescue in only an hour. Alex is always prompt courteous, professional, and knowlegeable about the service/equiptment provided. This Rotech representative goes above and beyond to provide the service timely basis, always showing up on time with a smile andfriendly attitude. Of all of the contacts from this company Alex is by far on of the companies best assets!
